Hi everyone, I’m Hashpinder Singh (Hani Sailbrah) – Founder & CEO at Dzrv Music Group.

We’re building a structured music ecosystem – Dzrv Music (label), Dzrv Digital (distribution) & Monk Tune (subscription DIY distro like DistroKid/TuneCore).

I’m looking for a

fully involved intern who wants to learn business development & client servicing in the music industry.

Role: Business Development & Client Servicing Intern

Company: Dzrv Music Group

Location: Remote (with 1–2 physical meets a year if needed)

Duration: 3–6 months

Compensation: Stipend + performance incentives

What you’ll do:

• Discover & reach out to independent artists, labels, studios & managers 

• Help generate and qualify new leads for distribution/label deals 

• Support client onboarding, releases and basic queries 

• Maintain simple lead + release tracking sheets (Google Sheets)

You’re a fit if:

• You genuinely love the music industry and indie artist scene 

• You’re comfortable with Instagram DMs, WhatsApp Web and email 

• You can work with Google Sheets/Docs and keep things organised 

• You’re ready to be 100% involved (3–5 focused hours daily)
