Salesforce Architect - Minimum 7 + years of hands-on Salesforce implementation experience in Apex, Integration and Lightning Web Component

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce professional with 7+ years of technical of hands-on experience to design, implement, and support salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, utilizing Salesforce OOTB features, APEX Programming, integrating with other systems, and ensuring high-quality service delivery to enhance field operations. Exposure to Field Service Lightning functionality

Salesforce Technical Leads are responsible for overseeing and guiding the technical aspects of Salesforce solutions development and implementation, work closely with the business team and stakeholders, developers, and other IT professionals to ensure the Salesforce platform is optimized for the organization’s needs


Key Responsibilities

Their duties and responsibilities include:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end Salesforce projects
  • Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and products
  • Architect, design, and develop advanced custom applications on the Salesforce platform using Apex programming
  • Hands-on design and development of custom solutions on the Force.com platform including declarative customization, APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Components, data modeling, integration, and data migration
  • Provide detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions and articulate the benefits and risks to a solution’s feasibility and functionality
  • Develop custom solutions and interfaces leveraging the Salesforce platform, Integrate with third-party applications and other Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.
  • Lead the technical delivery of Salesforce implementations including development of custom solutions and interfaces, managing technical scope and client expectation, and maintaining system integrity
  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation including design specifications, deployment guides, and system support guides
  • Ensure the Salesforce system aligns with business processes and collaborate with stakeholders to continually improve and further optimize the system
  • Perform code reviews for ongoing projects to ensure that code quality is at the highest level possible and appropriate design patterns are being used
  • Provide mentorship and supervise development team
  • Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce updates and features to provide guidance on best practices and new functionalities
  • Optimize scheduling and routing functionalities to improve efficiency
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for existing implementations.
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Create comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and user guides.


Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce features and capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce development tools: Apex, Integration and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration tools: Process Builder, Flow Builder, and Validation Rules.
  • Experience with Salesforce integration (REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware).

Certifications (preferred): Leads

  • Salesforce Certified Developer I/II
  • Salesforce Administrator and Sales/Service Cloud Consultant.
