Business Process Management Consultant

We’re Hiring: Senior JBPM Developer

Location: Bengaluru / Hyderabad

Salary: 12 to 18 LPA [MAX]

Experience:

• 6+ years of overall IT experience
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in JBPM Development

What We're Looking For:

• Strong hands-on experience in JBPM (JBPM 6.4 preferred)
• Expertise in developing BPM applications from design to deployment
• Experience in Workflow Development, Process Modeling, User Forms, and Gateways
• Deep understanding of the JBPM Process Engine and workflow execution
• Experience in BPM Solution Design & Architecture
• Hands-on experience with JBPM Integrations and designing integration components
• Strong knowledge of OOAD (Object-Oriented Analysis & Design)
• Proficiency in UML – Use Case, Sequence, and Class Diagrams
• Experience in application deployment, maintenance, workflow monitoring, and database performance monitoring (UAT/Enterprise environments)

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, MCA, or an equivalent technical discipline.
