We're hiring a Cold Caller, and honestly, we need someone great at this
Hey, I'm looking for one person to own outbound calling for our Amazon listing optimization business. No fluff, here's the real deal:
What we do: We help Amazon sellers fix listings that are quietly losing them money: bad images, missing keywords, weak A+ content, the works. We've already built the lead list and done the audits. What we're missing is someone who can pick up the phone, get a decision-maker's attention, and turn "who is this?" into a booked call or a closed deal.
What you won't have to do: Research leads. Cold-audit accounts. Guess who to call. That's all handed to you: a clean list, real audit findings, ready to use.
What you will have to do: Make the call. Sound like you know what you're talking about (you'll have everything you need to). Handle "we already have someone for this" without flinching. Follow up like it's your own business on the line, because with the commission structure, it kind of is.
Who we are looking for:
- You've cold called before and you're not scared of rejection. You expect it and move on fast
- You listen more than you pitch
- You can take "your listing's missing A+ content" and turn it into "here's why that's probably costing you real money"
- You track your calls, your follow-ups, your numbers. You don't let leads go cold because you forgot to circle back
- Bonus if you've sold into ecommerce/Amazon sellers before, but not a dealbreaker
Pay: Fixed base + commission on every close. The better you close, the more you make, simple as that.
How to apply: Send me your background, your best call-conversion numbers from a past role, and one line on how you'd handle "we already work with an agency." If it looks like a fit, we'll do a quick live role-play call. That's really the only interview that matters for this role.
