Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to prospective customers, dealers, and business partners.
* Explain Loom Solar products and generate sales leads.
* Build customer relationships and address product-related queries.
* Follow up on leads generated through digital campaigns and other marketing sources.
* Maintain accurate call records and customer interactions in the CRM.
* Coordinate with the regional sales team for lead closure.
* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
* Ensure excellent customer experience during every interaction.



Requirements

Eligibility

* Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
* Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
* Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, customer support, or outbound sales will be preferred.
* Fluency in *one of the following languages is mandatory:*

* Telugu
* Malayalam
* Kannada
* Tamil

* Basic knowledge of Hindi and English will be an added advantage.
* Good communication, persuasion, and customer handling skills.
* Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).

Preferred Skills

* Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
* Positive attitude with a target-oriented approach.
* Ability to build rapport with customers over phone.
* Willingness to learn about solar products and renewable energy solutions.
