Role Description The Tele-Fundraiser is a full-time, on-site role based in Jabalpur. This position involves making outbound and receiving inbound calls to engage potential and existing donors, explaining campaign objectives, and encouraging contributions. The Tele-Fundraiser will maintain accurate call records, update donor information in internal systems, and follow communication scripts and compliance guidelines. The role includes coordinating with fundraising and management teams to meet daily and monthly targets, handling donor inquiries, and providing courteous, timely follow-up. The Tele-Fundraiser is expected to contribute to process improvements and support team initiatives that enhance fundraising outcomes.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to engage donors effectively and build rapport over the phone.
• Candidates should possess solid Customer Service abilities to address questions, manage concerns, and ensure a positive donor experience.
• Candidates should possess basic Computer Literacy to use calling software, update records, and prepare simple reports.
• Candidates should possess focused Fundraising skills, including persuasive outreach, target-based work, and ethical handling of donor information.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in telecalling or fundraising, proficiency in local languages and English, goal-oriented work habits, and the ability to work in a structured on-site environment.
