Job Description – US Inbound & Outbound Sales Executive
Designation: US Inbound & Outbound Sales Executive
Location: Greater Noida West
Experience Required: Minimum 1–3 Years in International BPO / US Sales Process
Salary Range: ₹3 – ₹5 LPA (On Paper) + Attractive Performance Incentives
Working Days: 5 Days Working
Shift: US Shift / Night Shift
Job Summary
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented US Inbound & Outbound Sales Executives to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, confidence in handling US customers, and a proven ability to convert leads into sales through inbound and outbound calling.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and convert them into successful sales.
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers across the US market.
- Explain products and services effectively while identifying customer needs.
- Build rapport with customers and deliver an exceptional sales experience.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Accurately update customer interactions and sales status in the CRM.
- Address customer objections professionally and close sales effectively.
- Maintain high standards of quality, productivity, and compliance during every interaction.
- Stay updated on products, promotions, and sales processes.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English with a neutral accent.
- Strong persuasive, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Experience in US Inbound and/or Outbound Sales processes.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented and performance-driven environment.
- Good listening and customer relationship management skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Positive attitude, self-motivation, and willingness to learn.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation preferred (Undergraduates with relevant experience may also apply).
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in an International BPO or US Sales process.
- Experience in US Telecom, Energy, Insurance, Home Services, Merchant Cash Advance (MCA), or Transfer Campaigns will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with exceptional communication skills may also be considered.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
