Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the market
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and marketing operations, to identify opportunities and optimize sales processes
- Analyze sales data and market trends to perform sales planning and strategy to drive aggressively
- Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, and develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Monitor and report on sales performance, and provide insights and recommendations to improve sales effectiveness
- 15+ years of experience in sales in consumer durables, who has led the Branch level sales.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving sales effectiveness
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing operations, and ability to analyze sales data and market trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify opportunities and develop and execute sales plans
