Our business is built on strong relationships, consistent follow-up, and helping our retail partners grow through dependable service and well-crafted product.

As we continue to expand, we are hiring Sales Representatives across multiple territories throughout the United States to support the growth of our Independent Division.

Role Overview

We are seeking motivated and personable Sales Representatives to develop and grow relationships with independent “mom and pop” jewelry retailers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, has an interest in jewelry, and is comfortable traveling within their territory to meet with accounts in person.


Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with independent jewelry retailers within your assigned territory

• Travel regularly to visit accounts, conduct meetings, and support retail partners

• Consistently follow up with accounts regarding orders, inventory needs, and new opportunities

• Manage replenishment and help retailers optimize their inventory assortments

• Research and identify new independent retail opportunities within your territory

• Present collections and introduce new styles to accounts

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned retail partners


Qualifications

• Strong interest in fine jewelry and the jewelry industry

• Social, outgoing, and relationship-driven personality

• Willingness to travel regularly within your territory

• Highly organized with strong follow-up skills

• Self-motivated and comfortable managing accounts independently

• Sales, retail, or jewelry experience is a plus but not required
