What You'll Be Doing

You will be the visual engine behind our clients' social media presence, creating high-impact designs that drive engagement and results:

• Design and Create captivating visual content across various social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
• Develop a consistent stream of visually appealing content, including static social media posts, engaging Reels (short-form videos), and informative carousels.
• Translate marketing strategies and client briefs into innovative and effective visual designs.
• Leverage AI tools like Midjourney, v03, Sora, and similar platforms to explore new creative possibilities, enhance design workflows, and generate unique assets.
• Ensure all designs are brand-compliant, high-quality, and optimized for their respective platforms.

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, especially in a marketing agency or a fast-paced environment.
• A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in social media design (posts, video/Reels, carousels).
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro/After Effects, and equivalent tools like Canva).
• A keen interest in and practical experience with AI image/video generation tools (e.g., Midjourney, v03, Sora). Show us how you use AI to elevate your work!
• Excellent time management and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
• A passion for staying updated on the latest social media design trends and platform best practices.

Compensation & Application

• Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month, dependent on your portfolio and resume strength.
• Location: 100% Work From Home (Remote)
