AM Sales & Marketing will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and building strong customer relationships for Agro-based brewery and speciality chemicals. The role involves market research, client acquisition, distribution management, and promotional activities aligned with company goals


Sales

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and/or export markets
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Manage and expand distributor networks, attend relevant Conferences and Exhibitions for networking to new customers (In India).
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, retailers, and institutional buyers
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and supply terms


Marketing

  • Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Conduct market research to understand trends, competition, and customer preferences
  • Promote products through digital platforms, trade fairs, and industry events
  • Coordinate branding, advertising, and promotional activities
  • Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements


Business Development

  • Explore new markets and channels (B2B, B2C, HoReCa, exports, etc.)
  • Identify potential partnerships and collaborations
  • Support product launches and positioning strategies


Operations & Reporting

  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and MIS
  • Track inventory movement and coordinate with production/logistics teams
  • Ensure timely collections and payment follow-ups
  • Maintain CRM records and client database
  • Principal Management – Monthly reports to all Principals.
  • Barentz Management – Regular updates to Barentz Management – Monthly , Quarterly, Yearly regarding budget and sales functioning
