Role Overview

Responsible for managing client communication through telecalling, driving engagement, supporting business teams, and ensuring effective communication of products, services, and updates.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to clients, partners, and prospects for engagement and follow-ups.
• Communicate company offerings, updates, and campaigns effectively.
• Generate leads and support business development initiatives.
• Maintain strong client relationships through regular interaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams for query resolution and service support.
• Maintain accurate call records, feedback, and MIS reports.
• Ensure high-quality communication standards and client experience.
• Support campaigns, events, and outreach activities via calling.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate in any discipline
• 2–5 years of experience in telecalling / client servicing / inside sales
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Comfortable with calling targets and CRM/MIS tracking
