HostelWeb is hiring a self-driven Assistant Business Development Manager to join our growing team.

Role: Assistant BDM (Field Sales)

Location: Chennai

Work Type: Full-time

Joining: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit hostels and meet hostel owners

• Explain HostelWeb clearly (product, features & value)

• Handle the complete sales cycle — from self lead generation to closure

• Build strong relationships with hostel owners

• Work independently to achieve targets

Who We’re Looking For:

• Prior field sales experience

• Self-motivated, disciplined, and consistent

• Comfortable working with minimal monitoring

• Strong ownership and startup mindset

• Target-driven and result-oriented

Compensation & Growth

• ₹26,000 take-home salary
