Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Admissions Manager role based in New Delhi. The Admissions Manager will oversee and streamline the admissions process, advise prospective students, and manage inquiries to ensure efficient enrollment.
- Own and drive end-to-end admissions/sales cycle (lead to conversion)
- Manage and convert inbound and outbound leads (calls, WhatsApp, emails, webinars)
- Counsel MBBS students and doctors on course selection and career outcomes
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly enrollment targets
- Optimize lead conversion funnels and CRM processes
- Track and report key metrics: conversion rates, CAC, revenue, etc.
- Conduct webinars, info sessions, and one-on-one counseling
Qualifications
- 3–8 years of experience in EdTech sales/admissions (Healthcare EdTech preferred)
- Experience in sales, counselling, or customer relationship management
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis software
- Excellent communication and counseling skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Familiarity with the healthcare or edtech industry is an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or a related field; MBA preferred
