Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad, requiring the successful candidate to oversee regional sales operations as an Area Sales Manager. The responsibilities include developing sales strategies, managing teams, achieving sales targets, and building strong relationships with clients. The candidate will also monitor competitors, devise marketing initiatives, and ensure efficient territory management to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development: Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies, achieve sales targets, and identify new business opportunities.
- Team Leadership and Management: Experience in managing and motivating sales teams, monitoring performance, and ensuring collaboration to meet goals.
- Marketing and Customer Relationship Management: Skills in creating marketing initiatives, building and maintaining client relationships, and understanding customer needs.
- Analytical Thinking and Planning: Proficiency in analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and data to make informed decisions and plan effectively.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with an ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field .
- Experience in the food or FMCG sector is a plus.
