We are building AI-powered content and sales systems that run continuously and drive real business outcomes — traffic, leads, and revenue.
This role is not theoretical.
You will design, build, deploy, and iterate AI automations across content generation, distribution, CRM, and sales workflows.

What You’ll Actually Do
- Build AI-driven content engines (SEO, social, email, repurposing)
- Design and deploy n8n-based automation workflows
- Integrate LLMs (OpenAI / Claude) into production systems
- Automate lead capture, enrichment, scoring, and follow-up
- Deploy AI agents to support sales and marketing workflows
- Connect AI systems to CRM, marketing, and analytics tools
- Stress-test outputs for reliability, accuracy, and scale
- Continuously improve systems based on performance data
Requirements
Required Experience (Non-Negotiable)
- n8n (or equivalent workflow automation)
- OpenAI / LLM APIs (beyond basic prompts)
- Webhooks, REST APIs, JSON
- Building multi-step automation workflows
- Deploying AI systems used by real teams or clients
Strong Bonus (But Not Mandatory)
- SEO automation or content generation at scale
- AI sales agents / outbound automation
- CRM automation (Zoho, HubSpot, GoHighLevel)
- Vector databases / RAG systems
- Basic scripting (JS or Python)
- Experience in finance, property, or lead-gen businesses
