The Mission

We are building AI-powered content and sales systems that run continuously and drive real business outcomes — traffic, leads, and revenue.

This role is not theoretical.

You will design, build, deploy, and iterate AI automations across content generation, distribution, CRM, and sales workflows.

What You’ll Actually Do

• Build AI-driven content engines (SEO, social, email, repurposing)
  
• Design and deploy n8n-based automation workflows
  
• Integrate LLMs (OpenAI / Claude) into production systems
  
• Automate lead capture, enrichment, scoring, and follow-up
  
• Deploy AI agents to support sales and marketing workflows
  
• Connect AI systems to CRM, marketing, and analytics tools
  
• Stress-test outputs for reliability, accuracy, and scale
  
• Continuously improve systems based on performance data
  

Required Experience (Non-Negotiable)

• n8n (or equivalent workflow automation)
  
• OpenAI / LLM APIs (beyond basic prompts)
  
• Webhooks, REST APIs, JSON
  
• Building multi-step automation workflows
  
• Deploying AI systems used by real teams or clients
  

Strong Bonus (But Not Mandatory)

• SEO automation or content generation at scale
  
• AI sales agents / outbound automation
  
• CRM automation (Zoho, HubSpot, GoHighLevel)
  
• Vector databases / RAG systems
  
• Basic scripting (JS or Python)
  
• Experience in finance, property, or lead-gen businesses
