Location: Remote, any city in India
- Work Model: Shift-based (24×7 rotation including nights/weekends)
- Role Summary
- Provide L1/L2 operational support for IR’s Elevate platform, ensuring continuous monitoring, incident management, and operational stability across applications and infrastructure.
- Key Responsibilities
- Monitor applications, infrastructure, and services using approved monitoring tools.
- Detect, triage, and resolve incidents based on defined severity levels.
- Perform log analysis and diagnostics to identify root causes of operational issues.
- Execute IR-approved SOPs, playbooks, and runbooks for incident response.
- Escalate complex issues to SMEs according to escalation protocols.
- Maintain accurate incident documentation and operational records.
- Support shift handovers and maintain operational continuity across shifts.
- Participate in on-call rotations and weekend/night coverage.
- Required Skills
- Experience with Linux systems and basic troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (Datadog, Prometheus, CloudWatch, etc.).
- Understanding of networking, application logs, and system diagnostics.
- Experience with incident management tools (JIRA, ServiceNow, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of cloud environments (AWS preferred).
- Experience: 3–4 years in application support / production support / operations.
