Role Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director (MD). The candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, handling communication, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth execution of the MD’s day-to-day activities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the MD’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Screen, prioritize, and respond to emails on behalf of the MD
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders for seamless communication
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes of meetings
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and action items assigned by the MD
  • Assist in office coordination related to MD’s work

Key Result Areas (KRA)

  • Efficient coordination of all tasks and activities related to the Managing Director
  • Timely management and response to emails and communications of the MD
  • Accurate scheduling and organization of meetings without conflicts
  • Smooth coordination between the MD and all office departments
  • Ensuring all assigned tasks from the MD are tracked and completed on time
  • Managing day-to-day office work related to the MD, including mail checking and meeting scheduling

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality
  • Must be from Fintech Background.
