Job Title: Sales Manager (Closures & Revenue Focus)

Location: Kirti Nagar, Delhi

Experience Required: 3+ Years


Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager who will focus on closing deals and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will work on qualified leads/prospects and play a key role in converting opportunities into long-term business.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Convert qualified leads into paying clients through effective sales strategies
  • Handle client negotiations, pricing discussions, and deal closures
  • Manage, mentor, and monitor the sales team to achieve targets
  • Set and track monthly/quarterly sales targets and ensure team performance
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business growth
  • Maintain and manage a healthy sales pipeline
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for smooth client onboarding and delivery
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales or business development (preferably in a digital marketing agency)
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Experience in handling qualified leads (inbound/outbound)
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
