DevOps Engineer

Hiring: Senior DevOps Engineer → DevOps Architect (Growth Track)

Location: Bengaluru

Experience : 7+ years

This is not a typical DevOps role. We’re looking for a senior engineer ready to step into a DevOps Architect position within 6–12 months.

You’ll start with full ownership of cloud and on-prem infrastructure, while actively contributing to architectural decisions, scalability, and team growth.

What You’ll Do

• Ensure platform reliability (99% uptime, SLAs, incident management)

• Optimize infrastructure cost (20–30% reduction)

• Manage high-scale systems (25K–30K QPS, low latency)

• Work across AWS, GCP, DigitalOcean using Terraform & Ansible

• Build CI/CD pipelines and automation

• Handle Kafka, RabbitMQ, ClickHouse, Elasticsearch, MySQL

• Improve performance across Node.js, Python, Java environments

• Implement security, SSO, and disaster recovery best practices

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years in DevOps / Infrastructure

• Experience with high-scale systems (10K+ QPS)

• Strong Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS expertise

• Hands-on with Terraform, CI/CD, Linux systems

• Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)

• Strong debugging, optimization, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to mentor and influence teams
