Senior Sales Executive (B2B)
**Company:** Society Tea (Vending Division)
**Location:** Dehradun & Uttarakhand Region
Society Tea is expanding its Vending Business footprint across Uttarakhand. We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented **Senior Sales Executive** to drive our B2B operations and strengthen our market presence in the region.
**Role Overview**
As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing corporate accounts, and expanding the reach of Society Tea’s vending solutions (Tea/Coffee machines and consumables) across Dehradun and the wider Uttarakhand belt.
**Key Responsibilities**
* **Business Development:** Identify and acquire new B2B clients, including corporates, hospitals, educational institutes, and hospitality sectors.
*Relationship Management:** Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
*Sales Targets:** Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for both vending machines and tea/coffee premixes.
*Market Analysis:** Monitor competitor activity and market trends within the Uttarakhand region to provide actionable feedback.
*Reporting:** Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to the regional management.
*Candidate Profile**
*Experience:** Minimum **3 years** of proven experience in B2B sales (experience in the FMCG or Vending industry is highly preferred).
*Education:** Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing is a plus).
*Skills:** Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
*Location:** Must be well-versed with the geography of Dehradun and Uttarakhand.
*Attributes:** Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in the field.
*Requirements**
*Gender:** Open to both **Male and Female** candidates.
*Travel:** Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory.
* **Vehicle:** Possession of a two-wheeler/four-wheeler with a valid driving license is mandatory.
