Zonal Manager – Sales & Admissions


📍 Location: Mohali (On-site)

💰 Compensation: Up to ₹12 LPA (Approx. ₹1 Lakh/month)


We are hiring an experienced Zonal Manager – Sales & Admissions to lead regional student recruitment and drive admission growth for Chandigarh University.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive admissions and achieve regional enrollment targets.
  • Manage admissions operations across 3–5 states within the assigned zone.
  • Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of counselors and managers to achieve business goals.
  • Build strategic partnerships with schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and educational consultants.
  • Plan and execute seminars, education fairs, and outreach activities.
  • Track lead conversions through CRM and analyze admission performance.
  • Develop regional growth strategies and identify new market opportunities.


Requirements:

  • 11+ years of experience in Higher Education/University Admissions, Education Sales, or Student Recruitment.
  • Proven experience managing regional admissions across multiple states (3–5+ states).
  • Strong team leadership experience, including managing managers and large admissions teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, business development, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and CRM management skills.
