Workplace Experience Associate - Job Description
The Workplace Experience Associate plays a crucial role in creating and maintaining an exceptional workplace environment for building occupants and clients. This position serves as the front-line representative ensuring daily operations run smoothly while delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk and Reception Management Serves as the primary point of contact for visitors, employees, and vendors. Manages reception area operations including greeting guests, directing inquiries, and maintaining professional lobby presentation. Handles visitor registration, security badge issuance, and access management protocols.
Workplace Operations Support Coordinates daily workplace services including conference room scheduling, catering arrangements, and event setup. Monitors and responds to service requests through workplace management systems. Conducts regular floor walks to identify and address facility issues proactively.
Vendor and Service Coordination Manages relationships with building vendors and service providers. Coordinates maintenance requests, deliveries, and contractor access. Ensures quality standards are met for all workplace services including cleaning, pantry supplies, and equipment maintenance.
Technology and Systems Management Utilizes workplace management platforms to track requests, generate reports, and manage space utilization. Provides basic technical support for conference room equipment, printing services, and workplace technology. Maintains accurate documentation in relevant systems.
Customer Service Excellence Responds promptly to occupant inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency. Anticipates needs and provides proactive solutions. Builds positive relationships with building occupants to enhance overall workplace satisfaction.
Health, Safety, and Compliance Supports emergency preparedness protocols and evacuation procedures. Maintains awareness of building safety systems and procedures. Ensures compliance with security policies and access control requirements.
