We are looking for a Senior Developer who is ready to build high-scale, secure, and mission-critical payment technology from the ground up.

This role is ideal for someone who has strong hands-on experience in the banking and digital payments ecosystem and is excited to work in a fast-paced fintech build environment.

As a Senior Developer, you will be responsible for engineering robust UPI, card, and digital payment systems designed for scale, speed, and reliability. You will lead critical banking integrations, work closely across InfoSec and Cyber Risk frameworks, and architect high-volume transaction platforms where performance and security are non-negotiable.

Beyond development, this role requires a true technology leader, someone who can help shape a high-performance engineering team from zero to one, drive execution, and build systems that can support the next phase of fintech growth.

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in banking, fintech, digital payments, or related ecosystems.
• Strong domain understanding of UPI, cards, payment gateways, banking integrations, and transaction platforms.
• A builder’s mindset with strong execution focus, resilience, ownership, and problem-solving ability.
• A security-first approach, with awareness of InfoSec, Cyber Risk, secure architecture, and compliance expectations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced fintech startup or scale-up environment.
• Strong technical leadership skills with the capability to guide architecture, mentor engineers, and help build a high-performance team.
