About the Role:

Own a portfolio of new ventures, growth programs and strategic initiatives across Ownly. Responsible for identifying opportunities, building business cases, launching pilots, driving cross-functional execution and determining whether initiatives should scale into meaningful business lines or be discontinued. Success is defined by building sustainable growth engines and durable competitive advantages.


Primary Responsibilities :

  • Own new ventures from ideation through launch, validation, and scale.
  • Identify new business opportunities and evaluate market potential.
  • Develop business cases, financial models, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Lead pilot programs and validate business hypotheses through experiments.
  • Drive cross-functional execution with Product, Marketing, Business, and Operations teams.
  • Define success metrics, monitor performance, and optimize initiatives using data.
  • Influence product roadmap and prioritization to support business goals.
  • Design scalable operating models and processes for new ventures.
  • Plan and execute city or market rollouts for successful initiatives.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of business outcomes, including revenue and growth.
  • Make data-driven decisions to scale successful ventures or discontinue underperforming initiatives.
  • Build sustainable growth engines that create long-term competitive advantage.
