Telecom Sector Skill Council (TSSC) is an industry-led apex body and a registered not-for-profit organization under the Societies Registration Act, 1860. Formed by the Cellular Operators Association of India (COAI), India Cellular & Electronics Association (ICEA), and National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), TSSC aims to develop world-class skilled manpower for the telecom industry. Under the guidance of the Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology and Department of Telecommunications (MeitY), TSSC has certified over 6.5 lakh individuals and collaborates with approximately 500 training partners and 1000+ training centers across India.

Role Description

This is an on-site contract role for a Project Manager in the following locations- i) Gurgaon ii) Greater Noida. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing training programs, maintaining relation with the training partner and college authorities, coordinating with donor, manage project operations, and ensuring the effective delivery of skill-based training sessions. The role involves significant organizational responsibilities to drive the success of training initiatives. The Project SPOC will have to travel to the training centre as per requirement.

Qualifications

• Experience in CSR Project management and Skilling ecosystem Mandatory
• Strong Organization Skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site
• Experience in the skilling industry
• Bachelor's degree in Btech ECE/BCA is compulsory for Greater Noida role
