Role Description The Associate role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Gurugram, with the flexibility to work from home on designated days. The Associate will support project delivery across M&A, growth strategy, and market research engagements, including data collection, analysis, and preparation of client-ready reports and presentations. Day-to-day tasks include conducting secondary and primary research, building and maintaining financial and market models, and contributing to strategic recommendations under the guidance of senior team members. The role involves coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, documenting key insights, and ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables for clients. Associates are expected to manage multiple workstreams, maintain accurate records, and actively participate in team discussions and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and research abilities, including experience in market research, data analysis, and basic financial modeling.
• Proficiency in business writing and presentation skills, with the ability to create clear reports, presentations, and client communications.
• Comfort with consulting environments, including project management support, stakeholder coordination, and working within structured methodologies.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; familiarity with research databases and tools is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Management, or a related field; consulting or corporate strategy internships or experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional Asian languages are an asset.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup, balancing on-site collaboration in Gurugram with independent work from home.
• Demonstrated attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and a strong interest in cross-border M&A, growth strategy, and Asian markets.
