Actuall is a social app built for India's Gen Z. The idea is simple — most social apps are built for scrolling and performing. Actuall is built for doing things together. You see what people around you are up to right now, and you join them. No curated feeds, no follower counts, no algorithmic pressure. Just real people, doing real things, in real time.

We're live on iOS and Android, and we're just getting started.

About The Role

This is not a marketing role. This is not a content role.

You will be the person who finds the right communities across India, gets them onto Actuall, and makes sure they stay active once they're in. You'll work directly with both founders and have a real say in how the product grows.

The right person for this role is already living inside communities. You've built one yourself. You know what it takes to get people to show up week after week. You probably have a lot to say and aren't afraid to say it.

What You'll Do

1. Find and reach out to activity-based and social communities across Delhi NCR and beyond
2. Get community admins on a call, pitch Actuall, and get their group onboarded
3. Own each community relationship from first contact to active daily usage
4. Keep communities alive on the app, and make sure members are actually engaging
5. Work directly with the founders to figure out what's working and what's not
6. Be the face of Actuall in the community world

Who We're Looking For

1. Someone who has built or grown a community from scratch, a run club, a music jam, a book club, anything
2. Deeply plugged into Gen Z culture.
3. Comfortable reaching out cold and following up without being pushy
4. Someone with a lot to say and the energy to back it up
5. Preferably based in Delhi NCR

This is our first hire. You'll work directly with both founders, have a real say in how the product grows, and be in the room where every major decision gets made. The communities you bring in, the relationships you build, the playbook you create — that's yours. Not just something you worked on.

0.5 to 1% equity with a standard vesting schedule. This is an equity-only role until we raise, and we're being upfront about that. If you're the kind of person who'd rather own a piece of something real than collect a paycheck at someone else's company, this is that.
