About Us At Vidvatta, we are a high-leverage, AI-native startup specializing in Agentic AI solutions, AI consulting, and cutting-edge B2B/B2C tech education. We build systems that scale efficiently without bloating our headcount. We are looking for an ambitious, systems-thinking Growth Lead to take absolute ownership of our revenue engine, bridging the gap between innovative tech and market adoption.


Role Overview We are seeking a highly self-motivated "people person" with an automation-first mindset. In this cross-functional role, you will own the full sales and marketing pipeline across both our B2B and B2C segments. You won’t just be executing outbound campaigns; you will be architecting automated funnels, managing customer relationships, and growing our community. If you love leveraging AI tools to do the work of ten people and thrive in a fast-scaling startup ecosystem, this is your role.


Key Responsibilities

  • Full-Funnel Ownership: Single-handedly architect, set up, and manage scalable sales and marketing funnels for multiple B2B and B2C products.
  • AI-Driven Automation: Implement an "automation-first" approach to lead generation, CRM management, and customer follow-ups using modern AI tools and automated workflows.
  • Proactive Outreach & Conversion: Execute targeted cold emailing, cold calling, and social outreach to convert prospects into long-term clients for our technical and educational products.
  • Customer & Community Management: Act as the face of the company, actively managing customer relationships and building a highly engaged community around our AI products.
  • Strategic Execution: Take raw strategic objectives and turn them into actionable, metrics-driven growth campaigns with minimal supervision.


What We Are Looking For

  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in sales, growth marketing, or revenue operations, specifically within tech, SaaS, or ed-tech.
  • Startup DNA: Deep understanding of the startup ecosystem. You are self-sufficient, aggressive in pursuing goals, and comfortable building systems from the ground up.
  • AI & Automation Proficiency: You actively use AI to enhance your productivity. You understand how to automate repetitive tasks in marketing and sales pipelines.
  • Exceptional Communicator: You are a natural relationship builder who can take complex technical concepts (like AI and automation) and pitch them clearly to both businesses and consumers.
