This is a full-time, on-site role for an Amazon Marketplace Manager at Radiant Software Technologies, located in Karnataka, India. The Amazon Marketplace Manager will manage and optimize listings, increase product visibility, and create strategies to boost sales on the Amazon platform. Responsibilities include performance analysis, monitoring sales trends, developing marketing strategies, and managing customer reviews and inquiries. Ensuring adherence to Amazon policies and maintaining high service quality standards are integral parts of this role.

• Experience with Hiring and Recruiting to build and support a high-performing team
• Strong Communication and Training abilities for effective team management and stakeholder engagement
• Proven track record in maintaining and improving Service Quality
• Proactive problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, with specific expertise in Amazon Marketplace management
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies specific to an online marketplace
