We are a fast-scaling D2C skincare innovator operating at the intersection of beauty tech and direct-to-consumer commerce. We’re building a next-gen ecommerce ecosystem that blends personalized discovery, subscription-led loyalty, and performance-driven GTM strategies—all fueled by data, customer obsession, and cutting-edge marketplace operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end marketplace strategy for our D2C skincare brand across India’s top platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Meesho, etc.) to drive GMV growth, margin optimization, and brand positioning.
  • Own P&L for marketplace channels: manage pricing, promotions, inventory sync, and fulfillment SLAs to maximize margin while hitting volume targets.
  • Partner with brand, product, and supply chain teams to align marketplace assortments with launch calendars, regional demand, and inventory availability.
  • Develop and execute performance dashboards to track CAC, LTV, conversion, AOV, and channel ROI—using insights to refine marketplace playbooks.
  • Lead marketplace listing optimization: SEO-driven content, product photography, A+ content, and keyword strategy to dominate search rankings.
  • Manage platform-specific seller accounts, compliance, and vendor relationships—ensuring zero policy violations and maximizing eligibility for platform perks (Prime, badges, deals).

  • Experience with Meesho or Tata Neu seller ecosystems
  • Google Shopping / Performance Max Campaign Management
