StepsAI is building AI agents for businesses across websites, Shopify stores, Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, and other customer-facing channels.
Our agents help businesses answer customer questions instantly, recommend products, capture leads, track orders, book meetings, automate workflows, and increase conversions.
We are building for a world where every business will have AI agents working across sales, support, marketing, and operations.
Now we are hiring 7 Founder’s Office Associates to support our sales, marketing, partnerships, affiliate, and growth teams.
This is a high-ownership role for fresh graduates who want to learn how a startup grows from the inside.
You will work closely with the founders and support different growth functions at StepsAI — including partner programs, affiliate programs, outbound email, lead generation, research, content, sales support, marketing campaigns, and customer follow-ups.
This is not a passive fresher role.
This is not a role where you wait for instructions all day.
This is a role for people who are hungry, curious, fast, organized, and willing to learn by doing.

You may support multiple teams and projects, including:
You will help build lists of potential customers and partners.
This may include:
- Finding companies that can use StepsAI
- Researching Shopify brands, agencies, clinics, SaaS companies, service businesses, and local businesses
- Finding decision-makers
- Collecting websites, LinkedIn profiles, emails, and company details
- Organizing lead data in spreadsheets or CRM tools
- Identifying companies with strong fit for StepsAI
You will support our outbound growth team.
This may include:
- Researching companies before outreach
- Personalizing cold emails
- Finding customer pain points from websites
- Creating first lines and email personalization
- Supporting follow-up sequences
- Tracking replies
- Updating CRM records
- Helping improve campaign data quality
You will support the StepsAI partner program for agencies, resellers, and white-label partners.
This may include:
- Finding web development, Shopify, marketing, SEO, and automation agencies
- Researching agency services and clients
- Preparing partner outreach lists
- Supporting partner onboarding
- Organizing partner assets
- Tracking partner conversations
- Helping the Partner Manager with follow-ups and research
You will support our affiliate program.
This may include:
- Finding AI creators, SaaS creators, YouTubers, newsletter owners, consultants, and community owners
- Researching their audience and fit
- Preparing outreach lists
- Supporting affiliate onboarding
- Tracking affiliate activity
- Helping create campaign ideas and content assets
You will help the sales team stay organized and move faster.
This may include:
- Preparing company research before demos
- Taking notes from sales calls
- Updating CRM stages
- Tracking follow-ups
- Organizing customer information
- Helping prepare proposals or demo notes
- Re-engaging warm prospects
- Tracking reasons why prospects convert or drop off
You will support marketing campaigns and content research.
This may include:
- Researching competitors
- Studying AI trends
- Finding customer pain points
- Collecting examples from websites, social media, Reddit, Quora, LinkedIn, and communities
- Helping create content ideas
- Supporting blog, social media, and campaign research
- Turning founder ideas into structured notes or briefs
You will help the team run fast growth experiments.
This may include:
- Testing new target segments
- Building small lead lists
- Researching new channels
- Tracking experiment results
- Collecting feedback
- Creating simple reports
- Helping the team understand what is working and what is not
We are looking for fresh graduates who are:

- Willingness to learn sales, marketing, and AI tools
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work from office in Hyderabad
- Experience with internships, college clubs, sales, marketing, events, content, or startup projects
- Basic understanding of AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or Gemini
- Basic understanding of LinkedIn, email, social media, or digital marketing
- Familiarity with tools like Notion, Airtable, HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, Canva, or Google Workspace
- Interest in startups, SaaS, AI, business development, or growth marketing
You will get hands-on exposure to:
