The Program Manager - Electrician Loyalty leads the national scale-up of Signify’s electrician ecosystem by driving acquisition, activation, engagement, retention and commercial impact of the Saathi loyalty program. The role will be responsible for building and managing a scalable operating model to grow the electrician base from 28,000 to 1,00,000+ while improving active participation and category adoption.

Program Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and execute the national roadmap for scaling the Saathi program.
  • Drive enrolment, activation and engagement strategies across India.
  • Define annual and quarterly growth targets.

Program Governance

  • Establish operating rhythms, reviews and governance mechanisms.
  • Monitor program health across regions.
  • Drive standardization of processes and controls.


Data & Analytics

  • Drive RFM segmentation and electrician lifecycle management.
  • Analyze enrollment, activation, scan frequency and retention trends.
  • Identify growth opportunities and intervention areas.

Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, IT, Finance and Loyalty teams.
  • Engage with regional sales leadership to drive adoption.

Vendor & Budget Management

  • Manage external agencies, technology partners and service providers.
  • Own program budgets and ROI delivery.


Capability Building

  • Coach Regional Business Development Managers.
  • Drive best-practice sharing and capability enhancement.

Your qualifications

  • Willingness to travel extensively pan India (10-12 days per month)
  • 5 years of experience in loyalty programs, channel marketing, GTM, sales excellence or commercial excellence (relaxed in case of MBA degree from a top-tier B-School)
  • MBA from a premier institute preferred
  • Strong analytics and CRM orientation
  • Experience managing large-scale channel ecosystems
  • Vendor management experience
  • Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in Power BI / Excel / CRM platforms preferred
