Role Description The Myntra Marketplace Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area. This role involves managing and optimizing product listings on Myntra, including uploading new products, maintaining accurate catalog data, and ensuring high-quality images and descriptions. The specialist will monitor daily sales performance, inventory levels, discounts, and promotions, and coordinate with internal teams to maintain stock availability and timely order processing. Responsibilities include analyzing marketplace metrics, tracking competitor activity, and implementing strategies to improve visibility, conversion rates, and overall brand performance. The role also requires handling day-to-day coordination with Myntra account managers, resolving listing or operational issues, and preparing regular performance reports for management.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess skills in marketplace operations, including product listing management, catalog maintenance, and order processing on platforms such as Myntra.
  • Candidates should possess skills in data analysis and reporting, including the ability to interpret sales, inventory, and marketing metrics to guide decision-making.
  • Candidates should possess skills in pricing and promotion management, including discount configuration, offer planning, and margin optimization.
  • Candidates should possess skills in communication and coordination, including stakeholder management with internal teams and marketplace representatives.
  • Candidates should possess skills in basic Excel or similar tools, and familiarity with e-commerce dashboards or ERP systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, fashion, or a related field is preferred, with prior experience in marketplace or e-commerce operations considered an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to work on-site in the Greater Delhi Area, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential.
