Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable Wellness Counsellor to guide clients on their health journey using Ayurvedic principles. The ideal candidate will understand client concerns, provide personalized recommendations, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions with clients via calls, chat, or video consultations
• Understand client health concerns, lifestyle, and wellness goals Recommend suitable Ayurvedic treatments, products, and lifestyle changes
• Educate clients about Ayurvedic practices, diet plans, and daily routines (Dinacharya)
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress Follow up with clients to track improvement and ensure adherence to recommendations
• Collaborate with internal teams (doctors, nutritionists, sales) for better service delivery
• Upsell relevant wellness products/services in a consultative manner
• Handle client queries and provide empathetic support
