About LiveAltlife:

LiveAltlife is a nutrition therapy company that uses cutting-edge science to solve metabolic conditions such as diabetes, obesity, PCOS, fatty liver, hypertension etc. Our product offerings are designed to be holistic, adaptable and address the root cause of these lifestyle disorders.

We are looking for candidates with 0-2 yrs experience, excellent communication skills, hospitality background – Hotel Management degree preferred, interest in customer success, and keen to work at a high-growth startup.


Key Responsibilities:

You will report directly to the Head of Client Engagement and play a critical role in delivering a high-touch, client-first experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact and brand ambassador, ensuring every client interaction reflects professionalism, warmth, and trust.
  • Understanding each client’s unique needs, pain-points, and health goals through empathetic conversations, and guiding them toward the most suitable LiveAltlife offerings.
  • Ensuring seamless onboarding and ongoing engagement, proactively addressing concerns to deliver a consistently exceptional client experience.
  • Building strong, long-term relationships by anticipating client needs and enhancing satisfaction at every stage of their journey with us.
  • Identifying patterns in client feedback and providing actionable insights to improve prospect and client engagement experience.
  • Collaborating with the product team to recommend enhancements, new features, and service innovations that maximize client outcomes.


What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management and allied fields with 0-2 years of total work experience in Front Office / F&B Service.
  • Fluency in English. Knowledge of Kannada will have an added advantage as our location is Bangalore.
  • Full time Work from Home opportunity
  • Excellent Communication skills and genuine interest for customer success.
  • Willing to work 6 days a week with 1 weekly off. Open to working on Sundays.
  • Rotational shift of 9hrs between 7am-9pm.
