🔦 About the Role

Rocket Health is looking for a proactive, empathetic, and detail-oriented Hiring Ops Associate to join our growing team.

In this role, you will support key people operations and hiring processes, with a strong focus on coordinating and evaluating psychologist hiring pipeline. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth candidate experience, maintain operational efficiency, and uphold Rocket Health’s standards of quality and care.

This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is passionate about building strong teams within the mental health space.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end recruitment, screening, coordination, onboarding, psychologist evaluations, and documentation.
• Work with healthcare, care, marketing, and other teams on operational initiatives, service improvements, and new feature or program launches.
• Review and improve workflows, SOPs, and documentation to make operations more efficient and scalable.
• Drive cross-functional projects: track action items, coordinate stakeholders, and keep things on schedule.

📋 You’re Perfect If:

• A Master's degree in Psychology is mandatory for this role.
• You have an experience either as a therapist (supervised therapy hours) or with hiring psychologists.
• You’re empathetic, observant, and have strong listening skills.
• You can provide clear, constructive, and actionable feedback.
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• You’re passionate about raising standards in mental health care.
• You thrive in dynamic startup environments and can adapt to evolving processes.
