Role Description

We are hiring a full-time Web Content Specialist for a hybrid/remote role based in Chennai. The candidate will handle data entry, record management, website updates, social media posting, lead exports, client follow-ups, and email/WhatsApp marketing activities while supporting day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Strong typing and computer skills (MS Office & data entry tools)
• Good communication and customer handling skills
• Experience in admin support and coordination
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Basic knowledge of website updates & social media management
• Familiarity with email and WhatsApp marketing
• CRM/travel industry software knowledge is a plus
• Prior experience or relevant qualification preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update company data & records
• Update website content, packages, and banners
• Create and manage social media posts
• Export leads and share reports with clients
• Handle client follow-ups via email & WhatsApp
• Support email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns
• Assist in daily administrative and operational tasks
• Ensure data accuracy and organized record management

Salary

• ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
• Based on experience and skills
• Immediate joining preferred
