To train and support differently-abled individuals in acquiring vocational skills that enhance their employability, self-reliance, and social integration.

• Provide skill-based training (tailoring, computer literacy, crafts, electrical, carpentry, etc.) adapted to the abilities of differently-abled trainees.
  

• Assess the strengths, interests, and limitations of trainees to design individualized training plans.
  

• Modify teaching methods, tools, and materials to suit special needs learners (visual, hearing, intellectual, physical disabilities).
  

• Encourage the development of life skills and soft skills (communication, teamwork, time management).
  

• Ensure a safe, supportive, and inclusive workshop/classroom environment.
  

• Maintain training records, progress reports, and provide regular feedback to trainees and parents/guardians.
  

• Coordinate with rehabilitation specialists, therapists, and employers for holistic development and placement support.
  

• Facilitate exposure visits, internships, and on-the-job training opportunities.
  

• Motivate trainees to build confidence and pursue independent living/employment.
