We are hiring a full-time Visa Officer for our on-site location in Kochi. The Visa Officer will oversee the visa application process for students applying to study abroad, ensuring all required documentation is collected and accurate. Key responsibilities include assisting with immigration matters, providing guidance to students and their families, and addressing any questions or concerns related to visa processes. Exceptional customer service delivery and effective communication with different stakeholders are central to this role.

• Strong understanding of visas and immigration issues
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with students and families effectively
• Customer service experience with a focus on providing timely and professional assistance
• Detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently
• A proactive attitude and willingness to stay updated on changing immigration policies
• Experience in the education consultancy or immigration sector is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in any field, or equivalent relevant experience
