Our Client is seeking a dynamic and imaginative Visual Designer to create high‑impact, user‑centric designs that elevate digital products and strengthen brand identity. This role involves close collaboration with design leads, UX teams, visualization specialists, and app developers to understand challenges, identify pain points, and streamline UI development workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce visually compelling designs for web, mobile, and digital platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
• Build and maintain visual standards, including color palettes, typography, iconography, and UI patterns.
• Transform wireframes and conceptual ideas into refined visual interfaces.
• Support the creation and evolution of a scalable design system.
• Provide pixel‑perfect assets, design specs, and guidance for development teams.
• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and stakeholder needs with resilience and ownership.
• Conduct meticulous UI testing and accurately log findings and updates.
• Collaborate effectively across design, functional, and development teams in an agile environment.
• Manage timelines efficiently and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
• Articulate design decisions clearly and participate openly in feedback cycles.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in visual design for digital products or marketing.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Deep understanding of UI principles, typography, color theory, and responsive design.
• Experience working in agile, cross‑functional environments.
• Strong portfolio showcasing work on design systems and data-driven applications.
• Strong grasp of layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and attention to detail.
• Solid grounding in design fundamentals, including balance, harmony, rhythm, color relationships, and typography nuances.
• Experience with publication design and printing methods is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related fields.
• Experience in supply chain, CPG, or commercial product environments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong observational skills and the ability to understand complex stakeholder needs.
• Awareness of multi-device design considerations (grids, densities, platform differences).
• Strong knowledge of usability principles and design best practices.
• Familiarity with historic and contemporary visual styles—from impressionist and cubist to modern gradients, long shadows, textures, and geometric patterns
