Job Description

Role Summary-

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Professional with strong hands-on experience in performance marketing, SEO, website marketing, and B2B lead generation.

This role is focused on measurable outcomes—qualified enquiries, conversion efficiency, and campaign performance. The candidate must be comfortable executing paid campaigns, optimizing funnels, and supporting organic growth initiatives.

This is not a social-media-only or branding-only role.


Key Responsibility-


Digital Marketing & Website Support

  • Execute digital marketing initiatives aligned with business and lead-generation goals
  • Support website content updates, service pages, and landing page optimization
  • Ensure website structure and messaging are conversion-focused

SEO & Organic Marketing

  • Support SEO planning and execution for a B2B, service-based business
  • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO best practices
  • Coordinate content creation for blogs, service pages, and case studies
  • Monitor organic traffic, rankings, and basic site health

Lead Generation & Funnel Optimization

  • Support and optimize digital funnels for enquiry and lead generation
  • Improve landing pages, enquiry forms, and conversion paths
  • Coordinate with business development and management teams to align campaign goals

Paid Media & Performance Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Search Ads and/or LinkedIn Ads campaigns
  • Ensure campaigns are connected to relevant landing pages with proper tracking
  • Monitor and optimize cost-per-lead, conversion rate, and lead quality
  • Continuously test ad creatives, keywords, and audience targeting

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track website traffic, paid campaign performance, and lead data
  • Prepare clear, concise performance reports with actionable insights
  • Use data to recommend and implement optimizations



Required Skills & QualificationsMust-Have

  • Experience in digital marketing for B2B or service-based businesses
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads and/or LinkedIn Ads (mandatory)
  • Working knowledge of SEO, website optimization, and conversion principles
  • Experience using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, ad dashboards)
  • Strong execution skills with a performance-driven mindset

Good to Have

  • Experience in industrial, consulting, infrastructure, or B2B sectors
  • Basic copywriting or landing-page content skills
  • Experience working with designers and cross-functional teams

Performance Metrics

  • Number and quality of digital enquiries generated
  • Paid campaign performance (cost-per-lead, conversion rate)
  • Improvement in website engagement and funnel efficiency
  • Consistency and quality of execution and reporting
