Guest Relations Executive

Lake n River Resort Munroe Island is a serene retreat located amidst the tranquil waters of Kallada River and Ashtamudi Lake in Kollam, Kerala. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kollam for a Guest Relations Executive. The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences by welcoming and assisting guests throughout their stay. Core responsibilities include handling guest inquiries, managing bookings, delivering outstanding customer service, and overseeing daily reception duties. The role also includes promoting resort services and facilities to enhance guest satisfaction and drive sales.

• A strong background in Guest Relations and Customer Service to provide a memorable experience for guests
• Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with a diverse range of guests
• Ability to efficiently perform Receptionist Duties, including managing bookings and guest check-ins/outs
• Sales capability to promote resort packages and services to guests
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a hospitality-focused environment and handle guest queries professionally
• Flexibility to work in an on-site role in a resort setting
• Previous experience in the hotel or hospitality industry is a plus
