Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in Delhi, India. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth of a D2C product, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and expanding the company’s market presence. Key activities will include generating leads, negotiating terms, closing deals, and collaborating with the supply chain to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, client relationship management, and lead generation
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans to drive business growth
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software
  • Highly organized, results-driven, and capable of working independently in a dynamic environment
  • Experiencee in consumer product is considered an advantage
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Fluency in English & Hindi
