Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic and execution-driven Vice President – Sales to lead and scale Kelevo’s end-to-end sales function globally. This role will own revenue growth, sales strategy, team leadership, and enterprise deal closures, with a strong focus on Zoho CRM/ERP and SaaS consulting services.

You will work closely with leadership, marketing, and delivery teams to build a predictable, scalable, and high-performing sales engine.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales Strategy & Revenue Ownership
  • Define and execute global sales strategy aligned with company growth vision
  • Own monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
  • Drive new business acquisition, upselling, and cross-selling
  • Identify new markets, verticals, and partnership opportunities
  • Build and manage accurate sales forecasting and pipeline visibility
2. End-to-End Sales Leadership
  • Lead complete sales lifecycle:
  • Lead generation → Qualification → Proposal → Closure
  • Drive enterprise and mid-market deal closures
  • Design scalable sales processes, frameworks, and playbooks
  • Optimize sales funnel performance and conversion metrics
3. Team Building & Leadership
  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing global sales team
  • Set KPIs, targets, and performance benchmarks
  • Conduct regular:
  • Pipeline reviews
  • Performance evaluations
  • Sales coaching sessions
  • Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and results
4. CRM / ERP / SaaS Sales Ownership (Zoho Preferred)
  • Lead sales across:
  • Zoho One ecosystem
  • Zoho CRM, Books, Inventory, People, Payroll
  • Zoho Creator, Desk, Analytics, Projects
  • Drive solution-based selling and consultative sales approach
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to:
  • Design proposals
  • Structure pricing (implementation, AMC, licensing)
  • Define integration & customization scope
5. Sales Operations & Funnel Optimization
  • Define and track key metrics:
  • Lead → Opportunity conversion
  • Win ratio
  • Sales cycle duration
  • Average deal size
  • Ensure strong CRM discipline (Zoho CRM preferred)
  • Implement automation and reporting systems for scalability
6. Client & Enterprise Relationship Management
  • Build and manage long-term relationships with key clients
  • Act as escalation point for enterprise accounts
  • Lead high-value negotiations and deal closures
  • Ensure smooth transition from sales to delivery
  • Drive customer retention, renewals, and expansion revenue
7. Marketing & Partner Collaboration
  • Work closely with marketing on:
  • Campaigns
  • Webinars
  • Events
  • Contribute to:
  • Case studies
  • GTM strategies
  • Partner ecosystem growth
Required QualificationsMust-Have
  • 8–15 years of experience in IT B2B Sales / SaaS / CRM / ERP
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong experience in solution selling & consultative sales
  • Experience in IT services or consulting environment
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Zoho preferred)
  • Experience handling global markets (India, Middle East, US)
Preferred
  • Prior experience with a Zoho Partner organization
  • Exposure to Zoho ecosystem (Zoho One, CRM, Creator, etc.)
  • Experience selling:
  • Implementation services
  • Customization projects
  • AMC / support models
  • Understanding of API integrations & digital transformation projects
