About the Role:
We are looking for a driven professional to identify, evaluate, and onboard residential locations for EV charger deployment. This role focuses on sourcing high-potential sites, engaging with property owners, RWAs, builders, and developers, and driving end-to-end land acquisition for residential projects. You will play a key role in expanding Statiq’s presence in urban residential ecosystems by securing strategically located sites and ensuring smooth coordination across internal teams for execution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and onboard residential locations suitable for EV chargerinstallations.
- Build relationships with propertyowners, RWAs, builders, and developers.
- Conduct site feasibility analysisincluding access, power availability, and location viability.
- Drive end-to-end site acquisition process from sourcingto closure.
- Coordinate with internal teams (legal, operations, technical) for documentation and approvals.
- Maintain pipeline of potentialsites and track acquisition progress.
- Negotiate commercial terms and agreements with stakeholders.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- 2+ years of experience in land acquisition / real estate/ site acquisition.
- Mandatory experience in EV / Battery Swapping industry.
- Strong exposure to residential projects (mandatory).
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage field-based tasks.
- Comfortable with 5-day working+ rotational Saturday schedule.
