Job Description: Senior Account Executive – Industrial / B2B Business

Location: Gurugram

Experience: 2–3 Years

Reporting To: Business Head


Role Overview


We are looking for a high-ownership Senior Account Executive to manage a large industrial/B2B business, working directly with the Business Head.

This role will not handle media planning or execution, but will be responsible for account management, campaign coordination, content delivery, and performance tracking in collaboration with internal media and creative teams.

You will act as the central anchor of the account, ensuring seamless execution and strong client servicing.


Key Responsibilities


1. Account Ownership (Core Responsibility)

  • Act as the day-to-day client SPOC (Single Point of Contact)
  • Drive all communication between client and internal teams
  • Own timelines, follow-ups, and delivery across workstreams
  • Proactively flag risks, delays, and dependencies

2. Campaign Coordination & Delivery

  • Translate client briefs into clear internal briefs
  • Coordinate with media, creative, and tech teams for execution
  • Ensure campaigns go live on time and error-free
  • Maintain visibility on campaign status across platforms

3. Strategic Support (Critical Layer)

  • Work closely with Business Head on campaign planning
  • Contribute to messaging, content direction, and campaign structuring
  • Ensure campaigns are application-led and not generic
  • Bring learnings and observations from ongoing campaigns

4. Content & Asset Management

  • Oversee development of creatives, ads, and landing pages
  • Ensure all communication aligns with brand tone and quality
  • Simplify technical inputs into clear, structured marketing content
  • Maintain consistency across all deliverables

5. Performance Tracking (In Coordination with Media Team)

  • Track key metrics (CPL, CTR, conversions) shared by media team
  • Prepare WBR/MBR decks with insights, not just data
  • Identify trends and highlight improvement areas
  • Ensure learnings are fed back into campaigns

6. Lead Flow & Data Coordination

  • Track lead flow and ensure proper reporting
  • Coordinate with client teams for feedback on lead quality
  • Maintain dashboards and reporting hygiene

7. Project Management & Governance

  • Manage multiple campaigns and deliverables simultaneously
  • Ensure strict adherence to timelines and SLAs
  • Maintain trackers, MOMs, and documentation
  • Ensure minimal rework through strong quality checks


Ideal Candidate Profile


  • 2–3 years in account management / digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of digital campaign workflows
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • High ownership and accountability
