As our Marketing Reporting Manager, you’ll play a key role in helping us understand how our marketing drives growth, from first touch through long-term customer value.
This is a high-impact individual contributor role where you’ll own marketing measurement end-to-end. You’ll partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product to bring clarity to performance, uncover meaningful insights, and help guide smarter decisions across the business.

As our Marketing Reporting Manager, you’ll play a key role in helping us understand how our marketing drives growth, from first touch through long-term customer value.

What You’ll Do
Drive marketing performance and measurement
- Own and evolve our marketing measurement framework, connecting activity to real business outcomes across the full funnel
- Analyze performance from demand generation through customer expansion, identifying opportunities to improve conversion, retention, and growth
- Define and standardize key metrics so teams across Marketing, Sales, and Product are aligned on what success looks like
- Partner cross-functionally to prioritize and deliver high-impact analytics initiatives
- Create and maintain executive-level dashboards that provide clear, real-time visibility into marketing and revenue performance
- Design scalable reporting frameworks, including data models and transformation logic, to support consistent and reliable insights
- Develop dashboards in Power BI supported by strong SQL pipelines and well-structured data
- Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders at all levels
- Collaborate with data engineering and product teams to ensure data pipelines and models support reporting needs
- Establish and maintain data quality standards, including validation and QA processes
- Champion the use of trusted, consistent data sources across the organization
Required experience
- Deep experience with marketing and sales analytics across a full B2B SaaS funnel
- Strong SQL skills and experience with BI and reporting tools
- Experience working with tools such as Salesforce, Power BI, Excel, and Snowflake
- Ability to communicate complex findings clearly and influence stakeholders at different levels
- A detail-oriented approach with a strong commitment to data accuracy and quality
- Proven ability to manage priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with data infrastructure and pipeline concepts (e.g., Snowflake, ETL processes)
- Familiarity with campaign attribution models and project management tools like Asana
- Experience with Python or predictive analytics
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, data science, computer science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, or marketing operations
