This is a full-time remote role for a Vice President at Venture10. The Vice President will lead strategic initiatives, oversee client engagements, and manage high-level relationships with senior executives and board members. Responsibilities include identifying and assessing growth opportunities, executing M&A strategies, managing teams, analyzing market trends, and fostering a results-driven environment. The Vice President will also contribute to the development of innovative solutions tailored to client needs and industries.

• Strong expertise in Mergers & Acquisitions, corporate strategy, and business growth planning
• Proven leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Advanced financial analysis, market research, and strategic planning capabilities
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Track record of success in the Direct Marketing, Print, eCommerce, or Fulfillment industries is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a remote and collaborative team environment
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
