Job description: Administrative Officer

Working Days: 5 Days ( 3 Days from Home and 2 Days from Office)

Location: Kailash Nagar, Delhi

Overview: A successful Administrative Officer will act as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support at the Bangalore office along with leading the travel desk. A highly organized individual with great communication and vendor management skills will be ideal.

Key Results

  • Effective and efficient office administration.
  • Support for high-priority logistical needs of the office and any ancillary event.
  • Effective management of databases and office budget
  • Effective vendor management, event management, and related results

Key Activities

  • Manage office supplies and maintain inventory levels. Coordinates with purchase of supplies, acts as contact for local vendors
  • Support People & Culture team with event planning, training sessions and employee engagement activities
  • Prepare regular reports on expenses (Petty Cash) and office budgets
  • Maintain and update office databases
  • Assist with travel arrangements and accommodation bookings for individuals and teams during retreats, help to organize meetings and other administrative duties as assigned
  • Follow up on monthly bills and Invoices for payment processing.

Pay: ₹29,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
